Resumen
The objective was to determine the relationship between educational interaction and vocational aptitude. A correlational study was carried out with 123 students from the Hermilio Valdizán National University, Huánuco, 2018. A vocational aptitude scale and a educational interaction scale were used. Spearman's Rho coefficient was used in the inferential analysis. 91.1% expressed high collaborative work and 70.7% high vocational aptitude. In addition, there was a relationship between collaborative work and direct and positive vocational aptitude with p≤0,000. In conclusion, there was a relationship between collaborative work and vocational aptitude in university students.
