The findings indicate that the average score obtained in the food culture before the educational intervention was 17.4, and after this, it was 23.0, finding significant differences with p≤0,000. Likewise, there were significant differences in the dimensions of the food culture, nutritional knowledge, lunchbox preparation and eating habits, all with p≤0.05. It is concluded that the educational intervention through a demonstration workshop on healthy lunchbox favors the development of the food culture in primary school children.
